SUMMER LEAGUES NOW FORMING
Summer leagues are perfect for beginners, or for experienced bowlers who want to try new techniques. Compared to fall/winter leagues, they are:

  • shorter in number of weeks
  • less expensive in weekly fees
  • very social in nature
  • usually done by 9:30 or 10 p.m.
Wednesdays (Duckpin league)

~$13/week • 3-person teams

Practice at 7:20 p.m./League play at 7:30
Starts May 31, may be 10-12 weeks

THIRD ANNUAL CARA SCRATCH TOURNAMENT

Saturday, May 6
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

COST: $20 per person

Compete against bowlers in your average division in a scratch tournament, with a chance to win a trophy and bragging rights for the year. Open only to CARA league members.The average divisions are:

  • D: 139 & under
  • C: 140-159
  • B: 160-189
  • A: 190 & above
Participants use their average as of April 29. We reserve the right to cancel or combine average divisions if there is not enough interest in that division, though that was not a problem last year.

Format: Bowlers in each division will bowl 3 games. The top 3 in each division will move on to a stepladder format (3rd place bowls 2nd place; the winner bowls 1st place) to determine the champion.
