CARA HONORS RECEPTION & OFFICERS SOCIAL
CARA will hold its inagural Honors Reception & Officers Social on Saturday, June 1, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Nellie's Sports Bar. We will honor league champion teams, individual high scores, the CARA Championship winners (Centreville Pride) and bestow the annual Roger Newman Award, CARA's highest honor. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar available. Raffle prizes will be given out. This event is sponsored by UnderBriefs and Miss Pixie's Furnishings & Whatnot.
CENTREVILLE PRIDE WINS CHAMPIONSHIP
Congratulations to Centreville Pride for winning the 2013 CARA Championship Tournament. Nine CARA leagues participated in the tournament, but only one league can win. They win $100, plaques and host next year's tournament.
SUMMER LEAGUES COMING SOON
Start making plans to bowl with us this summer! Summer leagues are 10 weeks in length and start at 7:30 p.m. each night. They are good opportunities for new bowlers to see if they would like to join a league, and for experienced bowlers to try new techniques.
